upgrade.co.uk sucks
I’ve been trying to get a quote for a part for a Dell laptop, when I contacted Dell UK, they told me to contact “Upgrade Options”. They offered no other alternative.
I’ve tried emailing them…
No response.
I’ve tried using their “online quote request”

No response.
I’ve tried emailing a contact I already had:
It failed.
I’ve tried emailing another email address listed on their site:
No response.
Their website is difficult to reach:

Server not found
Even when you do reach their website, it looks pants and is difficult to navigate.

To further add insult to injury: All the phone numbers on their website are 0871 numbers charged at 10p per minute:

They seem to leave me with only one option, which is to open a credit account with them:

@Chris yeah “difficult” but not impossible. I got the quote in the end by calling them on a geo regional number instead of the 0871
