		<description>If compressing files into an archive is all you need then the above programs work, but WinZip and SecurZip (by PK Ware) begin to differentiate themselves when encryption becomes part of the equation.  SecureZip is the most complete, offering both secure mail and file encryption/athentication.  PKWare is currently offering a free license for SecureZip.</description>
